The doctor was in and out in a few minutes. Took her own X Ray and said my problem was not my hip, which is where my pain is. She said it was my spine based on her X Ray but she only looked at the MRI that my family doctor ordered of my hip when I insisted. She dismissed the MRI findings of mild and moderate rips and tears in my hip and sent me to another doctor. She didn't explain why I was going to the new doctor but upon investigating, he is a pain management doctor. I called and a left a message with a few follow up questions for Dr. Willson but never got a return call. If you are over 60 years old, it seems like you just get relegated to pain management. Dr. Willson did not address my core problem and did not send me to a doctor whose expertise was on the spine, which she claimed was my problem. What a waste of time waiting to see this 'specialist.'
