Dr. Horan continues to be an outstanding doctor for our 14 year old daughter and a support for our family. He speaks clearly and honestly to kids, really listening to what they have to say. I highly recommend him.

If you're seeing this doctor, make sure they give you the correct info about your appointment. His staff told me my appointment was for 2pm and to arrive 15 mins prior since I was a new patient and needed to register. When I arrived, they told me the doctor would not see me because i was late. They said my appointment was at 1:45 and I needed to be there at 1:15. When I explained there was a huge gap in communication on their part, they did not care. Truly unprofessional and uncaring!
