Dr. Sean Grady, DDS

I had been going to Dr. Grady for 10 yrs. One day all of a sudden he says I need a crown??? I thought that was odd. After obtaining my records, X-rays and a second opinion I found out he missed decay for YEARS!!!! The decay was not seen orally, just by reading the bitewing x-rays. Obviously he didn’t take the time to read them, just charge for them!!! Ends up I had to get a crown AND a root canal following because the decay was so deep! He caused me a lot of pain and money!!! Beware!!! Supervised neglect!!!!!!! He should be held accountable!!!!

The doctors aim more for the money than actually caring for their work. I was told by Dr. Grady that I need a root canal. I decided to go to another dentist and turns out I have a small cavity that was able to get taken care of. I have other family members that have been with him and 3 of them already left. One is leaving due to my personal experience. I'd never recommend Grady Dental.

I have seen Dr Grady and the hygienist Shanon for 15 year and I cannot say enough great things about them. The staff also is very nice, polite and professional.

Been a patient since they opened up, but the last visit on Oct 30th was worst ever !!! I took a appt right after their lunch time so they can get me on time. Not only was the hygienist late but her attitude, her body language was outrageous. She had the audacity to complain to the office manager that i was rude !! I was fuming, after i left, i called so i can talk to the Dentist, the office manager pickedup and said the Dentist is not there and that i should no longer come there ! I was numb !

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Grady not only is an amazing Dentist but he doesn’t over charge you, he takes your thoughts into consideration and his office staff is so amazing to they make you feel so comfortable. And having my teeth cleaned didn’t bother me at all this time and my teeth look beautiful now. Thank you for the amazing treatment.

I love the office and Dr Grady. My family had been with him for 11 years. He’s thorough and in my opinion does not suggest unnecessary procedures.

After having a root canal performed by an endodontist, Dr. Grady closed my crown & he adjusted the bite on the left side of my mouth. A week later, a crown broke in half on my right side. I went back in and had the tooth re-crowned. He then adjusted my bite on my right side. 2 hours after I was home a crown on my right side cracked in half. He refused to repair the crown and took zero responsibility. I will go elsewhere to have the crown repaired by someone who is more experienced.

The staff is nice, caring & professional. Dr. Grady takes the time to go over your treatment and answer all questions. If I could rate this office higher than 5 stars, I would! I love this office!

Dr. Grady and his staff are best in Cumming Ga area. Not just for people who are fearful of getting dental work done like myself, but for anyone wanting a professional dentist who is excellent at his craft. Never a long nervous wait. Cleanings that don’t send you home in pain. Comfortable, clean and modern surroundings. You can trust his work. I highly recommend him and his staff to everyone.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Grady for 13 years. He has never suggested a procedure that was not necessary. Even while living in Charleston for 4 years, we would plan our dental appointments around family visits. We have recommended Dr. Grady to co-workers and friends.

We love him because he is conservative about what kind of dental work each of us needs...never once has he recommended any procedure that is unnecessary. He's honest and trustworthy - an absolutely fantastic dentist for both adults and kids - no pediatric dentist needed - waste of time and money. He has also done phenomenal orthodontic work on our kids as well. We trust him completely and highly recommend as a family dentist!

Dr. Sean Grady is the best dentist out there. I've dealt with others but his knowledge, staff and care for patients is top-notch.
