Staff was nice, Dr. Vincent was not

Please get a second opinion before choosing this Dr. Very disappointing and after so many visits and time lost, the outcome was additional pain with no recommendations for next steps. His skills in his toolbox are not near the caliber of the Nebraska Spine Center. He should at least know his abilities and refer the patient to another if needed.

I have been going around in circles for more than a year. Have been told repeatedly I need back surgery by other doctors but when I actually SEE this spine surgeon he refuses to perform surgery. Not sure why. All he wants to do is run tests and then refer to physical therapists. P/T can only do so much; it's can't realign slipped vertebrae, it can't push herniated discs back into place and it can't decompress the spine on anything remotely resembling a permanent basis. Now I have a fractured vertebra and likely will be told (yet again) that P/T can fix it. Maybe I should take my problem to another surgeon? Maybe I shouldn't trust what I'm told by these people?

Highly recommend! I am fused from L1-S1/ pelvic now. No other doctor didn’t know what to do with me and he new exactly what to do with one visit. I am now thru with recovery and have full movement. So thankful for this advanced doctor with his technology. They also run on every appointment on time

Won't do a thing for my lifelong lower back pain. Had given me hope of an epidural then took that away after he ordered an MRI. Now refuses to do an epidural. Won't give me anything, not even a prescription topical cream, for the pain. Now I'm out $1300 and still in excruciating pain.

Was a VA patient. Everything went very well. Dr. Scott did a laminectomy on me. I chose to stay overnight in the hospital. Before surgery l had pain on both legs, had to use a walker. I don't have the pain anymore and don't need the walker.
