Dr Towbin is wonderful with my mom who is 96. The office staff is caring and friendly too

the office staff is terrible. I took in a form for patience assistance for a drug for my diabetes to be completed on line by the Dr.s staff on July 3. as of the 15th it is still not done. this is totally unacceptable. I physically took it in because of the critical nature and two weeks later it hasn't been sent. Dr. Towbin is great but his office staff won't answer the phone or do there job. And when they finally do answer they are rude and totally un sympathetic.

There isn't enough room here to give him a great review. But caring, gentle, open, and choices of my treatment come to mind first.

What a joke for a medical Doctor. He sings his words. He does not speak. He scoffs at you when you tell him what is wrong, and is literally going through the motions. He epitomizes all that is wrong with healthcare in today’s society. Awful. Terrible. Disgraceful doctor.

Fast, not long waiting time. Doc was personable and easy to chat with.

It was my first appointment to see Dr. Towbin and everyone in the office was extremely friendly and professional.

Gave it 3 visits...3 visits too many. Rude, dismissive, misinformed about my illness, arrogant, condescending...

Always helps with my problem. Very helpful and caring. A real asset to the medical profession.

Didn't even get to have a visit! Cannot reach the office by phone, after multiple attempts! Had made an appointment online and tried to reschedule. I am a Nurse Practitioner worked in an office for years and am very upset be this inaccessibility, unprofessional and frustrating! I guess we will be looking for a new primary care.

Staff is welcoming and completed my visit with professional care. Dr. Towbin is kind, attentive, and shows concern for you whole well being.

This doctor is not civil!! I thought he seemed off-putting in previous appointments, but this time his behavior was shocking! He scoffed at me and questioned why I came in to see him even though I told him I had severe ear pain. He got combative and impatient and even opened the door to walk out of our appointment before checking me, saying I was (verbally) attacking him! Then he bizarrely demanded to know why I didn’t call my ENT. I talked him into checking me in which he then proceeded to question my sanity! He called in an antibiotic, but didn’t tell me which one. And when he walked out he unbelievably told me to have a “nice life”. Turns out I had a severe sinus infection too, but he wouldn’t know because it wasn’t a legitimate examination. He was arrogant, sarcastic, highly disrespectful, irrational and angry. Nightmare experience!!

No wait time. Very attentive to concerns. No rush.

Wish it could of been zero. My mom went there this morning as a new patient and was turned away because she had a cough. They stated that the dr. does not see any patients that have a cough and that she can do a Google chat with the doctor, really how are you supposed to examine a person's lungs, heart, etc on Google. How can he call himself a doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Towbin for a few years. Should have made a change before now but gave him the benefit of a doubt. He rushes through appointments, over talks when I try to explain my issues, more interested in his computer, rude to my wife when she tried to assist me explain my condition and I am no longer patient with waiting on phone 25 minutes to speak with his office!

A very pleasant doctor who listens and then gives answers and suggestions.

I arrived on time, expecting to see the doctor, as I am looking for a new primary care doctor with whom I can communicate easier (the previous one is impossible to call and even get a nurse to respond, or the appointment system). I was impressed that I got to speak to an actual person when I made the appointment instead of going to voicemail. I'm 70 years old, and because I have heart failure and uncontrolled hypertension (which is the reason I made the appointment in the first place), I've had a chronic cough for several months, especially when I lie down. I also have arthritis and gout, which causes aches and pains. When I put these on the intake form, the doctor's assistant told me I couldn't be seen until after I had a Covid test (I already had Covid a few months ago and later tested positive for the antibodies). I'm well aware of what Covid symptoms are, and I have none of them, but the doctor refused to see me. I guess I'll adjust my meds myself to better control my HBP.

As a new patient during this virus my visit was virtual. I liked that I was able to see Dr Towbin. He made me feel comfortable and had a lot of recommendations and follow ups. Looking forward to his care long term.

Dr. Towbin is a remarkable bad doctor. He does the minimum exam he can primarily entering what symptoms you say into a computer while never making eye contact or asking any follow up question. He only seems interested in writing referrals and ending the appointment as fast as he can. Over all his bedside manner is very poor and every visit leaves you feeling unheard.

Awesome doctor and staff!

Great staff and of course Dr. Tobin was thorough and helpful. The man that took blood was terrific, I did not feel any pain at all.
