Terrible and incompetent - FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.
Terrible and incompetent - FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. Everything is consistent with other negative experiences that other reviews mention. The doctor rushes your visit and the office manager (Carmen) is completely incompetent and lies. We had a conflict of benefits issue from 2+ years ago which required her to simply resubmit diagnosis codes & other information from the visit. First, she is impossible to get a hold of and doesn't return calls. On 2 occasions when we were connected with her, she told us that she re-submitted the information. Meanwhile, the insurance agencies never received it - multiple times. Carmen lies and can't do basic work. Both Aetna and Privia, 2 different insurance companies stated that this specific office is very difficult to deal with.

Poor customer service by the staff. They rescheduled my appointment time without notification. I showed up to my appointment 20 minutes earlier as indicated by the staff. When I arrived to the office I was told that Dr Spagnoli was not in the morning. Receptionist was not helpful considering that this was her fault as I spoke to her directly the day before to confirm my appointment time. She refused to ask the other doctors to try to accommodate me since I drove over an hour for this appointment during morning rush hour traffic. I don’t recommend this office due to the lack of communication with patients from his staff to include office manager.

Dr Spagnoli is largely an unremarkable ENT — neither good nor poor. His shortcoming is that he is mechanical and prescriptive without probing patient background (diagnoses or discerning causation) or later exploring any alternative (Experimental) therapies. When either drugs or minor surgery doesn’t work and the medical ailment persists, he “shrugs his shoulders” and offers no further help, suggestion, or referrals! “Wearing blinders” come to mind.

Dr. Spagnoli is honest and straight forward.As his patient,he performed a parodectomy.He is personable and dedicated to a patient well being. He is vested in achieving the best results possible for a patient. He speaks highly of the hospital and the hospital staff and my experience was excellent. Special thank you to a nurse Mary Lou. She is extremely thoughtful and communicates with the patient to set an understanding for the patient of what to expect.
