Dr Scott Smith is, without a doubt, the worst doctor that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Getting in to see him is absolutely impossible. He refuses to do virtual visits during the pandemic, which is fine, until you call to schedule an in office visit and you're immediately turned away and told to go to urgent care downstairs. Which has over an hour wait and a room full of people being tested for covid which increases your changes for contracting the virus. Putting you in a potentially worse situation then you're already in. What kind of doctor just allows his patients to get sick and suffer during this horrifying covid pandemic without the slightest bit of help? Not even a word of advice to help them through it. If you want a doctor who cares about you and your health, look somewhere else. Scott Smith isn't the right doctor for you.

Saw this Dr because of the good reviews. Not my experience at all. Uncaring or concerned. Doesn't read your previous records and doesn't listen. Time for another. Guess that's why I was able to get an appt right away compared to other Drs. Be prepared to walk a long way to get to the exam room, which for me is a chore.

Great Doctor! Very knowledgeable and you are a person with him, not a number. So glad he moved out of Garrettsville where all they are worried about is the money. Getting patients in and out in 15 min to move onto the next. You will not get that with Dr. Smith you may have to wait a few extra minutes but know that he will give you as much time as you need.
