Saved my fater's life
An excellent heart surgeon. Dr. Schlidt performed a tripple bypass on my 86-year-old father, and he is up and running like new.The care Dr. Schlidt showed what you would expect from a family member. I think he is one of the most underappreciated doctors in Milwaukee, considering that he can perform a bypass without stopping the heart, unlike many others. If I ever need heart surgery, I will not hesitate to come to him.

December 27, 2007, Dr. Schlidt performed an OPCAB (Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass), surgery on me. The fact I have had no issues for the past 12 plus years speaks to his work. His post surgery follow up was great and detailed. This surgery was at St Mary's hospital. I believe his beating heart surgery technique allowed me recover quickly with no after effects. I was back at work in NYC on January 14th 2008.
