Everything a great doctor should be
I scheduled a second opinion appointment for myself with Dr Sagerman. My ten month old surgery with another provider has failed. Few MD’s would consider spending the time I was afforded by this physician. While Dr. Sagerman does not make corrections of a surgery such as mine, I went home with strong recommendations for doctor referrals that can. Today, a physician that has learned to listen well and communicate with a patient seeking common sense in put has become a rarity. I was never made to feel I was taking too much of his time. I highly recommend this quality physician for any patient in need of advice or orthopedic hand services.

The absolute best in practice in Illinois
Dr. Sangerman was able to fit me in immediately, but spent a lot of time in a non rushed, comforting way, explaining my options. He didn’t push me to have surgery and even explained how I could go without surgery. He then had his colleague, who would actually be doing the surgery, fit me in to explain the latest surgical techniques. Wow, what a practice. You will feel like they have known you for years and are family. Dr. S. even prescribed therapy at his attached Physicl therapy clinic to lessen the pain and swelling before I left his office or scheduled my surgery. I was thrilled by this experience because I was really scared when I injured myself.
