I don’t think there’s enough space in here to truly convey how happy I am with the outcome of both of my knee replacements. For several years I was able to do well with cortisone and gel shots. When those didn’t work anymore and I couldn’t walk more than a mile we discussed knee replacements. I was terrified but excited to be able to be active again. Dr Russinoff literally sat down and spent time with me going over what the procedure entailed and what to expect afterwards. I literally went in with a binder with questions and pictures of possible hardware replacements. He didn’t laugh at my binder, although I wouldn’t have blamed him. Dr Russinoff let me take the time I needed to make the decision to move forward with surgery. I had my left one done in November 2022 and my right one done in October 2024 . It has been by far one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. At the risk of sounding dramatic, Dr Russinoff and his team have truly given me my life back!

Excellent Surgeon
Dr. Russinoff recently performed a partial knee replacement on me. I had been having gel injections for a few years until it became apparent I needed the surgery. Dr. Russinoff is a very capable surgeon, a very friendly doctor who takes the time to explain the pros/cons of surgery. He is always reachable and his staff are kind and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Russinoff if you are thinking of have replacement surgery. He operates out of Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortland Manor, NY -- which was a fantastic experience. The surgical staff were awesome.

Dr Russinoff is a great doctor and surgeon. He takes his time with his patients and treats them as a whole not just as an xray or MRI and gives you options and doesn't rush you into anything. He has great bedside manner as well! I would recommend him to everyone.

I have been to many doctors who only want to operate as soon as they see you, but Dr Russinoff is not like that, he gives you options. He is what all doctors should be. He is caring, and spends as much time with you as you need. I went to him for 3 years until I got the courage to have my hip replaced. I was more afraid of the anestesalogist and not waking up. Dr Russinoff also did my hip revision. If I didn't trust him, or wasn't happy with him, I would have never gone back! And I'm back again

I went to many surgeons for opinions and chose him because he was the only one that looked at my xray first and me second. The others rushed me through said you look good, your going to need a hip if that's what you want it's up to you. He took his time and explained things to me. I was able to fill him in on my history and he listened. He makes you feel like he cares and he's confident in himself without coming off as cocky.
