The absolute worst. I was diagnosed with a tear in my retina by my opthalmologist, and referred to, and scheduled with Dr. Pendergast for repair the next day. Upon seeing him, Dr. Pendergast told me there was nothing wrong with my retina and sent me home. My vision continued to deteriorate, and I then went to UHHS Cleveland and was diagnosed with TWO holes in my retina.     Truly unacceptable and appalling care from this provider, and the ombudsman doesn't seem to be too interested in what took place either.

Visit with Pendergast
I was only sitting in his waiting room for about 10 minutes when I was called back. Had eyes checked and then was taken to the room. All in all my appointment took only a half hrs
