Dr. Scott Oxenhandler, MD

Understanding that Dr. Oxenhandler who is my parents doctor for many years (my parents really liked him) and now he is enjoying his retirement. This review is regarding the staff… What bothers me is the fact that my poor father who is diabetic and cannot see very well wanted to go to his annual appointment today.(the funny thing is they called him twice to remind him of his appointment) Unfortunately he got lost and was late for an 1PM appointment; he arrived to 2:30PM ; although it was his fault;, the lady in the front Teresa turned my senior citizen father away from his appointment. He would’ve been willing to wait; how long is it took for his annual but no luck. working in the medical industry, myself… I’ve noticed a lot of medical staff and nurses have No compassion or understanding. I truly think that medical staff and nurses should take a class on etiquette. I feel that the medical industry has changed.

He is my favorite doctor ever. He is caring, very knowledgeable and very professional. He is awesome.

We have four adult members in our family who visit Dr. Oxenhandler. The Office Staff is Excellent and Dr. O has the best bed side manor. He is very Professional and spends quality interactive time with each of us as Patients. Thank you Dr. Oxenhandler.

The visit with Dr. Oxenhandler was great. It started with his great staff, always smiling and positive and caring checking us in. It makes a big difference when you are anxious about your health. Dr. Oxenhandler took the time to listen to all we had to say and was available to any questions we had. He had great bedside manners, and was very respectful of privacy. He did not rush us and we appreciated it. He made himself available to questions once we got home and that made a big difference.

Always 5 stars on each visit! An extremely thorough, concerned and professional doctor with an amazing staff. He takes his time to discuss the issue(s), actually examines you, explains what he is doing and is looking for and sets a plan of care that is understandable. Old school principles combined with modern medicine like no other!

Wow! This is a physician who actually listens, responds, follows up, and takes emails. Dr. Oxenhandler is extremely thorough, explains what he is doing, and why, asks if there are any questions/concerns, and addresses each until full comprehension/satisfaction is obtained. The office is clean, neat and modern. His staff is outstanding in that they are all courteous, caring, efficient, professional.
