Dr. Scott Middleton, DMD

I cannot thank enough or express the words for what Dr. Middleton did for me. Not only the Dr. but all his staff in general I give my thanks. The professionalism is only overshadowed by the caring and generosity of all involved. I only have my thanks to give to Dr. and staff for a chance at getting to a normal life once again.

After 2 previous opinions from local oral surgeons, both saying they would have to remove at least one good tooth to get to the wisdom tooth that was impacting my sinus, I went to Dr. Middleton for a third opinion thankfully! He took one look at my X-ray and explained how he would extract my wisdom tooth without having to remove perfectly good teeth to do so. One of the previous highly recommended surgeons said he had “never seen anything like my situation” and hinted that the surgery would be expensive. I opted to have Dr. Middleton remove both top wisdom teeth, one of which had breached my sinus, causing recurrent infections. The surgery and recovery went smoothly and I have had clear sinuses since! I wish I had the procedure years ago! Also, his cost was a fraction of the cost of the others! I can’t recommend him highly enough, especially if you have complicated wisdom teeth extractions.

If you have to have oral surgery, this is the best place to go. Dr Middleton is not only extremely competent, he is also warm and caring. He takes time to explain everything that he is going to do and why he is doing it. He is respectful of his patients. The office staff is also considerate and competent.

Dr. Middleton is respected among the greatest oral surgeons in the world for his work- I have had complex TMD ICR issues since age 8- my case was incredibly rare Dr Middleton is the ONLY oral surgeon who I would ever trust with his expertise and incredibly caring staff- i have been seeing oral surgeons my entire life. Under his guidance I was sent to a world reknowned surgeon and without Dr. Middleton, I would not be here. There is no one better or more qualified than Dr. Middleton. Hands down.

Dr. Middleton and his staff are very kind, caring and professional. I had several extractions, sinus lift and implants placed with no complaints or problems. My father has also had implants completed with positive results. I highly recommend Dr. Middleton!

Top-notch, very professional. I had an implant removed and Dr Middleton made a scary event as pleasant as possible. I was terrified and he very calmly allayed my fears. After the novacaine wore off I felt no pain and was able to eat for the first time in awhile without feeling distress!!

He has a bad habit; he removes normal teeth.
