Dr Keeley is always very respectful, listens to my concerns, answers all of my question and explains the care plan very well. He is a very kind and caring Physician.He was mentoring a PA during my visit, and he did a very god job mentoring as well.

I felt rushed and experienced more anxiety about my issues and concerns. Although there was a clear plan set in place, the doctor's lack of empathy and bedside manner made my situation a little more stressful.

From a test I did 6 months ago and just being put on a med for it was a bit disappointing. Internal communication with your doctors should be required from the one who does the procedure to the one who sees the patient. Things get missed when you don't have that follow through internally. The patient doesn't know the ins/outs of what is being told after a procedure is completed as well as not knowing a medication was even needed since it was never prescribed.

After a few terrible experiences at a different clinic, I still get nervous seeking medical care. Dr. Keeley has always been so patient, kind, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. He validated my issues and treats me with respect. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Keeley and everyone at MNGI.
