My mom has been going here for years and recently, they assigned Dr. Jenkins PA to my mom and she is HORRIBLE. No Bedside manner, no knowledge, no follow up. Our experience here has been beyond awful in the time this Physician Assistant has been assigned to my moms case. Also, my mom took a test in January 2021, and they called her yesterday sayin the file was misplaced (It is now mid April 2021), and told my mom she has a "growth" near her pancreas. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? HOW DOES THIS HELP HER 4 MONTHS Later?? We are SO SUPREMELY UNHAPPY with this office and 5 out of 5 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

He's very thorough. I went for my annual exam with a list of things to ask him, and I didn't need it because he covered all that was on the list without me prompting him. I've been going to him for probably 12 years now (not sure). I think enough of him to even have asked him to take on my wife as his patient...and he did. A friend of mine goes to him and feels the same as I do. He's efficient but throws in a few personal comments once in a while.

Dr, Jenkins is the best. I moved from Orange County up to Los Angeles back in 2008, but I still make the trip down to see Dr. Jenkins because I believe that he is that good. His office staff is very responsive and I am able to address many issues over the phone, rather than having to come into the office. If you arrive at the office on time, your wait time is minimal. He is very thorough with his annual examination.

He provides extremely detailed yearly physical exams. He provided an very early diagnosis of prostate nodule that has me left with no cancer.

Dr. Jenkins is my mother's doctor and she used to have a very difficult time making appointments or being able to speak to him. He then implemented a concierge service which means that she has to pay around $2,000 a year in order to have more access to him. Is this legal? She had 3 falls last year where she hit her head (one time she cracked her wrist) and he does not show up at the hospital. I'm trying to get her long term care insurance started and he won't sign the paperwork.
