All aspects were taken care of professionally prior to the operation. The operation couldn’t of been done any better. Recovery has been right on time just as I was told it would be. I’m totally satisfied at this point with the operation and actions taken so that my recovery would be successful

Dr No Bedside Manor
I was warned by both a physician and a physical therapist that Dr. Jacobson has zero bedside manner and I found that to be very true. I walked away from the appointment feeling that somehow I should’ve known everything he told me and why am I even here. He makes you feel like you’re bothering him some.

I highly recommend Dr. Scott Jacobson.
Dr. Jacobson has been my sport orthopedist doctor for most of 2022. He is not only one of the most professional doctors, but also very caring. He has spent long visits with me because of his concern for my current issues with my shoulder; but he’s also following my other health issues which will ultimately determine what action Dr. Jacobson will take regarding my shoulder injury. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobson for excellent orthopedic issues!!

The Best for Arms and Shoulders
Dr. Jacobson is tried and true with arm and shoulder concerns. He listens to patient and does a visual exam before making recommendations. If injections are needed, he does it quickly, and has a great success rate for long term positive results.

Successful shoulder replacement!
Dr. Jacobson provided excellent pre- and post-surgery instructions, as well as total anatomic shoulder replacement, which is doing very well at six months out. Little post-operative pain. The worst part was sleeping in a sling for six weeks. I found Dr. Jacobson easy to talk to and, unlike some surgeons I have interacted with, he actually listens and cares. I highly recommend him.

100 %, I recommend him to anyone having issues.
Best damn shoulder doctor in the Universe. Have had two shoulder replacements and one re-replacement. Has replaced both of my Dad's shoulder's, fixed my wife's shoulder and replaced or repaired over 20 of my friends shoulder's in the past 10 years. Zero complaints and lots of gratitude from friends for the referral. Truly, a gifted surgeon.

The Right Stuff
Time and again I have returned to Dr Jacobson for care of my shoulder. A simple injection keeps me going for months, a year sometimes. He hits the spot. When the surgeon says it doesn't need an operation I'm impressed. He's got "the right stuff"

I saw Dr. Jacobson for a shoulder problem that has been slowly developing over the last 2 years. He was very efficient and informative, giving clear information on my diagnosis, prognosis and treatment options. He offered treatments, but did not push, leaving it up to me to decide how to proceed. When I asked for his opinion he gave it concisely. I will continue to see him for this issue.

Very Rude
Jacobson was extremely rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me for asking questions, and gave vague useless answers for others. He showed absolutely no concern for me. I switched to a different surgeon and I recommend you don't waste your time with this loser.

Hello. In all my visits at The Center or during multiple surgical procedures performed by Dr. Jacobson. I’ve had nothing but the most Professional and informative care every time. I’ve been a patient at The Center since it opened. Of all the Doctors I’ve had over my many appointments and procedures performed. Dr. Jacobson by far has been the most through and Professional Physician that has cared for me.

He didn't listen to me and sent a report to my primary dr stating I wasn't in the pain I described. It took me a year to see another doctor about my shoulder. After my torn rotator cuff surgery I'm much better. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

This was a review and diagnosis of a long term shoulder problem. The wait time was short, though they are a week or two behind schedule. The doctor gave a very thorough examination, and recommended a treatment to follow. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr Jacobson explained everything in a very understandable way. And being an older patient, my results were amazing for a reverse shoulder replacement. I was able to do meals laundry and a little house keeping after the 3rd Day. Was cleared to drive after the 13th day. I'm increasing in motion and strength each day. I highly recommend Scott Jacobson for any shoulder issues.
