Dr Hicks and his staff are well organized. They were able to answer my questions and had educational material for me to follow up on concerning my upcoming surgery. They communicated well with me as what to expect and any concerns and needs I had were promptly addressed. This included both pre and post surgery. Surgery was performed and I am recovering better than I expected. I highly recommend Dr Hicks . I had a total knee done and if I am in need of having future surgery on my other knee I will most definitely be returning to Dr Hicks for his talented surgical skills and caring approach to health care.
