Dr. Scott Graham, MD

I have severe medical anxiety due to my brother dying..and Dr Graham is the only doc that has been able to calm me. I adore him and thankful that I have him by my side.

The office called to remind me of an appointment. I called back later, around 3:30, to move my appointment, and I received their voice recording. The hours said they were open until 5:00, and you can not leave a message. They called and asked me why I missed my appointment, and I explained what happened. The office manager confirmed I called when I said I did but refused to waive the no-show fee of $35.00. It's not worth going to an office when the staff is unreliable. I also require a specialty doctor, and they refused to refer me to the specialty doctor and demanded they would treat me for the condition. What I have can not be treated by a family practice doctor.

Been a patient two years, very very nice people in office. Fell during walk July of 23, knee and big toe joint injured, asked for referral for sports injury or mri, was refused. Sent to PT. Got somewhat better, reinjured knee Sept just walking around, in early Oct again refused MRI or referral, suggested use of foot boot .... yeah right, hang a heavy prosthesis from a hurt knee. Told to go back to same PT, whose 1st appt was 3.5 weeks later. I asked what to do at home, was told 'conservative care', when I asked what that was for a knee that had intermittent intense pain, and got a shrug. No explanation. So I treated myself, and was congratulated on my own ideas at next appt. Where I was told I would get a referral to podiatrist, but just called and none on order. The PA doesn't read charts either, ordered a foot x-ray when I told him he had just ordered one last week, and during a well check, forgot I had a calcium CT scan, whose results were in the chart. Don't go there.

Dr Graham is an excellent doctor. Total respect and answers questions. Gives his professional advise which is appreciated.

Dr. Graham and his entire staff are warm and caring people. Always feel welcome. Never feel rushed or that their attention isn’t on me totally. Respectful of my ideas and opinions. I can’t say enough good about this doctor and staff. Never a negative moment. I’ve been going since moving here about a year and a half ago.

I had an appointment with Dr Graham for the first time and was very impressed with the time he spent with me, the questions he ask and the review of the medicines I am taking as well as the advice he gave. The office staff was very friendly. I would give a 5 star rating.

I think Dr Graham is the best primary care doctor I have ever had! I appreciate and respect his advice and concerns for me.

This place doesn't even answer their phone! Your placed on an immediate endless hold. So much for quality patient care when you cant even make an appt!!
