Dr Evans is a very pleasant and thorough physician. I have been his patient for a long time, with a slight break, due to moving away then back. I drive almost 80 miles 1 way for my appointments. I feel it is worth it.

I have been going to Scott for about eight years and have always found him pragmatic in approach in helping me manage my long term health goals. He is knowledgeable , always on time, reviews in detail my lab reports and is very centric in his recommendations for me to improve my current health both short and long term. He always discusses options in his approach. The office visit is very efficient not wasting his or my time and to the point. Excellent doctor!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Evans for quite a few years, and he has always been very proactive in making sure that I get the health care I need; whether from him or a recommended Specialist. I think enough of the quality health care I receive from Dr. Evans, that I travel over 40 miles one-way to make sure that I continue to receive the kind of Health Care that I get from Dr. Evans.

Called Dr. Evans office at 9:10 and got an appointment at 10:45 same day. He was on time as usual and I was out of the office by 11:15. They called in my prescriptions and I had them by 1:00 PM. Dr. Evans is super efficient and listens well. At my last physical he discovered a very serious health issue I had by listening to me as it was not evident in my blood work. I'm very pleased he is my primary physician.

I would gladly recommend Dr. Evans to anyone. The office itself is pleasant, efficient, and welcoming. I have never had to wait to be seen. Dr. Evans himself is knowledgeable and takes his time to explain what I need to do or not do. He never gives the sense, as some other practices do, that I am a number to be checked off and that I can have 10 minutes of his time. He is thorough with his questions and examinations.

Due to a sinus infection, I had to see him on short notice. He took my appointment the next day and quickly prescribed the proper medication for me. Dr. Evans is a very pleasant fellow and a great Doctor. I couldn't be more pleased with him!!

I have just finished a new patient visit with Dr. Evans. I look forward to future visits and following a schedule as necessary for my medical concerns. Being a senior patient, I need a doctor that is patient and thorough with my needs in order for me to remain as healthy as possible and active.

Dr. Evans was my Dr for 10 years, in the last year I had several health issues that was causing extreme nausea and vomiting and on 6 occasions I was unable to make the 40 minute drive while vomiting. I had an apt for 2:15 tomorrow I was notified today at 330 that dr.evans would no longer be my dr. I was not given the normal 30 days to find another doctor or the fact that I am a disabled veteran and now being forced to go to the Er. Very terrible doctor patient care due to insurance change..

a mediocre family doctor at best. had me wait for him for almost 30 mins once and became immediate defensive when i showed a slight sense of dissatisfaction of his delay, saying he's already kind enough to let me squeeze into his busy schedule. would definitely not recommend to anyone
