Charged my 78 year old father a $200 fee for an appointment that he didn't even know about.

This was the worst experience with a doctor. He was dismissive and rude. When talking to our daughter who has been in the ER 3 times in a week, he started asking questions. I suggested that it might be helpful to give him an overview of the events of the past week. He said, "Please be concise. I am very busy." After he interviewed my daughter (for about 3 minutes) he started to recommend some tests. I couldn't find a pen in my purse and asked if he could pause for a minute so I could get a pen from the front desk. He refused and continued talking when I stepped out. He did not recommend an endoscopy, which was recommended by the ER doc, he said that he did not recommend it because she does not have a reflux problem. He did not recall that he has been treating her for it for 3 years. He came into the appointment without reviewing her chart, past history or records from the ER we provided. Based on this, it is hard to imagine how many people he has harmed. So sad.

Dr. Edison is the most arrogant doctor I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. He books his patients every 10 minutes, so if he has to spend more than five minutes with you, he gets annoyed. He didn’t explain anything about my illness and scoffed at my questions. He’s rude and condescending. Avoid him at all costs!

I saw Dr. Edison briefly. I found him to be rude, arrogant, and seemed quite annoyed to spend 10 minutes talking to me. He actually laughed at one of my questions. I was hurt and insulted. Still, I had a scope performed at his recommendation. He told me after the procedure that everything looked normal, however the report to my GP said that I was a great candidate for surgery. I made the decision to move to a professional group, and never returned to Dr. Edison. This is not a compassionate nor consistent doctor, in my opinion.

He has no patience. Never fully answers your questions. Doesn't seem to remember anything from previous visit. Very rude to a family member that he called on the phone. Changes diagnosis. Notes don't match with what was said at appointment. Very disappointed with Dr. Edison. Very cocky, rude and arrogant.

Was extremely rude and short with me both times I have met with him. I am 22 years old with awful abdominal issues and just want to get to the bottom of what's wrong with me. Even after my endoscopy he could not give me or my mother more than 2 minutes of his time to answer some simple questions of mine that would've given me so much peace of mind. I have never been so disappointed with a healthcare professional.

If you plan on traveling and have Dr. Edison please be aware that he will not be able to provide you any guidance while you are away. Some unpredicted events happened to my while she was visiting me out of state and Dr. Edison would not provide any input on path forward to get her home. It's just sad when doctors have no compassion or dedication to their patients.
