The office staff is worse than rude; they are uncaring. They refused to give me an appointment until they were sure they would have my files.I called on Wednesday, requesting Friday, which they said was impossible. I had to wait until Monday. Over the weekend I was admitted to the hospital, BUT I WAS DISCHARGED SUNDAY, and so I showed up Monday for the appointment in order to follow up and review when I was told I had missed my appointment on Friday. They were surly and reduced to help me at all

Dr Capustin was assigned to me at the hospital. He saw me for 30 secs each day and failed to check my records or speak with nursing before seeing me. He knew nothing of an emergency I had 4 hrs earlier and clearly didn't have time to listen to what had happened. Worst MD I ever had. I am in the medical field and this is very poor patient care. I fired him.
