I've had nothing but bad experiences with this office. Every time I call, it's a nightmare. The staff is rude, they act like you're a burden, and they hardly let you speak without interruptions. One morning, I tried to call for an hour, and somebody was picking up the phone and hanging it up. I tried to advise an office person that this was occurring. I was being polite and calm. I just told her I don't like calling in and this is why, and literally in the middle of a sentence she hangs up on me! They are so rude and they don't want to fix it either. Just call in yourself and see how they are on the phone.

Dr Brown is 5 star plus
I have experienced Care with Countless Doctors in 70+ years as an adult. Including many in my 25+ yr Military Career. My Experience with Dr Brown and his office Staff has been Excellent, Far exceeding most Doctor and Staff Staff combinations I’ve seen. He has a definite “Bed Side Manner” that is very Personalized as if you were his only Patient. Displaying his High interest in you and wanting to do everything he can to help you. And he shows that. Dr Brown Patiently explains and educates you on your Urology issue, explains the procedures needed to Correct and Manage that issue. Then patiently asks “any questions”.. then takes the valuable time to answer more if needed. Very friendly.. always upbeat is what I see in Dr Brown repeatedly. I am always reflecting how fortunate I am to have him and his well Trained and effective Team. Regards,Feel Safe-Secure Patient P.S. If someone is not sure about help with Dr Brown and office Staff.. Spend more time there to see the Best!

I needed a surgery requiring Dr Brown and a Gyn. He told me to set the surgery with my Gyn and he would work around his schedule. For over a month every time the surgery scheduler called his she would say he was booked. Finally my Gyn called him and said “Come on Scott we need to get this done.” My Cobra insurance was running out and he had guaranteed me in Feb that he would have the surgery done before it ran out in April. Once my insurance ran out he scheduled the surgery costing me $6500 out of pocket!! He’s clueless about ins and has poor communication with his staff. The standard answer I always got was”I’ll put it on the message board.”

I received a referral to visit Dr. Scott L. Brown on November 15, 2018. I called since I am in a lot of pain with kidney stones and a painful cyst. Since they hadn't gotten the Sharp Health Plan paperwork would not book my appointment. I offered to send in a fax copy of the Sharp Health Plan letter but they still would not book an appointment. As it is the earliest he would see a new patient is early February 2019. If you have ever had kidney stone pain you would sympathize with this issue, howe

I first saw Dr Brown when I was referred to him by a co-worker 15 years ago. I was very stressed out due to the nature of my condition which required a surgical solution. Dr Brown is the most intelligent, skilled, down to earth, and caring physician who has ever treated me. His office is awfully busy, which is an understandable downside, but Dr Brown is worth it. I'm no a trusting soul, but I have full faith and confidence in Dr Brown.

I think Dr. Brown is a great doctor. But I think he may be too busy. I was diagnosed with a mass on my kidney and needed a CT scan. The insurance company did not approve of the added procedures. I contacted the office to have the Doctor return my call 5 times from 10/2017 to 2/2018. No call. Then I was contacted for a follow up of my CT scan I never received. I'm still waiting and I have not paid my bill. Mike

Dr. Brown is an extremely good listener, exceptionally caring and very good at diagnosing. I think he has all the qualities I'm looking for in a doctor. I have been seeing him for several years and I'm highly satisfied.

Terrible. The office forgot to send the new patient paper work and lost my information. Then I saw a Nurse Practitioner who had only been with that office a short while. She had to call the doctor several times as she didn't know what to do. She then recommended several unnecessary tests, all which have to be done at their office (self referring). I called with questions and was only permitted to speak to an MA who should NOT be giving medical advice. She was rude and clueless.
