It is always a pleasure seeing Dr. Arthur and his staff. He did my ACL surgery in 2017 and I recently saw him for my shoulder. He is efficient, professional and genuinely cares for his patients wellbeing.

Scott fixed my son’s knee (ACL and MCL) from football injury in high school. Never considered anyone else to fix my shoulder and bicep.

I have been a patient of Dr. Arthur for more than 10 years. He treats my knee pain, performed surgery, and replaced my knee. My experience has been completely positive with Dr. Arthur and his staff. I never feel rushed. He will always take the time to answer my questions and explain options and procedures. He listens to my concerns and is nothing but encouraging. He also treats my elderly parents and they think highly of him as well.

I went in with specific pain in my shoulder that radiated In my elbow and hand. My hand felt like it was on fire. After a couple Xrays and him moving my arm around he gave me an injection in my wrist and tried to sign me up for Carpal Tunnel PT. I asked about my shower and elbow pain and he said he couldn’t treat those too. He told the lady in the room she would see me the next time. His whole attitude seemed like he didn’t care and was very dismissive. I had to go to a different practice because the pain in my shoulder was bad. Come to find out I had a sizable tumor in my median nerve in my shoulder area. I’ve lost feeling in part of my hand. It would have been nice if he would have listened. It would have saved me from a lot of hardship.

Just before my surgery, Dr. Arthur came in to check on me. He told me that they were going to take really good care of me. I believed him then and it actually did happen. It’s great to have physical therapy and your doctor all in the same location. Everyone obviously cares for their patients. Bone and Joint professionals are very competent.

The staff and office was very efficient and Dr Arthur was very pleasant and thourough. Felt so comfortable and professional. Gave an immediate prescription for my pain and treatment

Being a physician with 45 years experience, I’m always very picky about who I see. I’ve have Dr. Arthur for many years. I chose to see him for an elbow issue. He continues to confirm to me what an excellent physician he is. He is very personable, caring, courteous, and talented. I would highly recommend him. Also hats off to Hannah‘s assistant. She was very nice.

Everyone I encountered at BJI was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Dr. Arthur answered all my questions concerning my injury. Also, the wait time was probably within minutes of my appt time.

Second visit with Dr Arthur for shoulder pain on previous excellent surgery 8 years ago by another doctor. I liked that he’s conservative and tries other treatments and evaluations before jumping into surgery. He listened well to me and gave clear explanations and options. He has a nice personality and was respectful of me. I have full medical confidence in Dr Arthur. His PA was also helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend them for orthopedic issues.
