Dr. Co was nice but the office itself is terrible. Dr. Co recommended I get a couple MRIs, his office secretary told me it would be a few days to get approval from my Insurance. It has been 3 weeks now. I’ve called the office at least 10 different occasions, left 3 Voicemails, and none of the secretaries answer the phone, follow up, return calls or let me know about the status of my MRI approval. Have seen a few separate posts about delay in care because of this offices neglect. Highly highly recommend not wasting your time and going somewhere else that cares more about their patient.

Dr. has great bed side manner, takes time with his patients and ordered appropriate tests. Dr. seemed very knowledgeable. Would have been 4 stars except for two things: 1. Office never followed up with results of tests and 2. The office will not take Debit cards to pay for services (even if no cost and from HSA). I asked them why they wanted to make everyone do extra paperwork and they said they have never had a machine (even though the billing agency they use has the ability to run cards).

Terrible bedside manner and a very unpleasant person. He will rush to get you out of his office and will not listen you your troubles. He will dismiss your pain, experiences, and health conditions. He will not listen to you. He is a big reason for my worsening condition. Ended up having to pay $4k for an MRI that the office said would be covered in full. I was left untreated for a year because he was too arrogant to admit he was wrong. My condition has worsed since then because of him.

Dr. Co was very candid and very thorough in reviewing the imaging that I presented along with the documentation I presented. He also was very thorough in reviewing=g the myriaf=ds of tests that I had accompanying the TIA hospitalization at TMH. Since the heart proved negative the indication was that the TIA was initiated by Cerebral Arterialsclorosis. He was frank about my angst regarding this situation. He said I had dodged two major bullets with the tandem transplants and the neck fusion.
