She was a No Show
Telehealth
Scheduled with Dr. Baez through MD Live. Did not show up for appointment. MD Live said I missed but I waited in waiting room for 30 minutes. I am depressed and severely anxious and really needed to see a psychiatrist. Very disappointed.

Medication
Telehealth
At first I was very happy with my experience, she prescribed me something very helpful and life altering, the issue is I’ve been trying to contact her for days to get a refill of my meds and have had no luck. I have been off my medication for almost a week. As you can imagine I’m having the symptoms of withdrawal. I reached out to my primary who told me she would need the script in order to fill a prescription for me but I can’t get ahold of Dr. Baez.

Not recommending!
Telehealth
She seems very cold-hearted doctor who does not think of their patients. She just takes money and gives out medications. That is all. Not recommending her to anyone!

She stopped showing up for video appointments. She will schedule and confirm each one, but hasn’t shown up for the past 4 appointments - all in the span of 10 days. She will aggressively reschedule you (see above) just to skip. Telemedicine docs seem to get paid whether or not they show up. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I don’t understand how she’s still employed.

This doctor is far from a medical professional. She is inattentive and neglectful and does not seem to care about her patients. She was supposed to follow up with me at about the 6 week point of me starting antidepressants however she never sent me an appointment request. She also ignored attempts of contact from my pharmacy and my psychologist detailing my concerns due to the fact that I was about to run out of medication. I had to have my primary care doctor give me a 14-day supply to ensure I didn’t run out. For anyone who doesn’t know, you cannot quit antidepressants on a whim because the effects can be very detrimental. Apparently this “medical professional” did not care about that and definitely did not care about my well-being as her patient. She is by far the worst doctor I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. If you ask me she is extremely negligent and her “care” or lack thereof borderlines on malpractice. She should not be in possession of a medical license, run far away!
