Dr. Savitha Kadakol, MD

I see Dr. Kadakol for iron deficiency anemia and needs iron infusions. Her office manager Rand, and her MA Alivia, get patients for infusions in on a timely matter. They explain everything and make sure you are comfortable. I got a call the next day after my appt with the doctor to let me know I was iron deficiency and I needed to schedule infusions. They were able to get me in within a couple of days to start my infusions. Within a week, I was already feeling better. Thank you for all you guys

Pleased with Dr. Kadakol and her recommendations on my health condition. Gave me all my opinions, suggested which she would do if she was in my position, and made a plan to succeed living a normal life. Another great thing in her office is she has a CBC machine which can give my blood results within 10 mins of Tifanie drawing my blood. It is such a convenience knowing I can get my results right then and there when I'm at my appointment.

I cannot say enough about the excellent care i have received from Dr. Kadakol and her staff. They are extremely efficient and caring. Dr. Kadakol takes her time and listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. Dr. Kadakol and her staff truly care about their patients.

I honestly was a little hesitant to see Dr. Kadakol at first. This was due to the reviews posted on her. But I decided to go for the appt. And I can tell you that she was beyond what I expected or what the reviews have written about her. First off, everyone in that office was very nice, concerned about all of their patients, very friendly, and made their patients feel safe. They made sure that whether it was the doctor or one of the staff members, information was correctly given to the patient.

I would recommend Dr. kadakol to anyone who needs a hematologist or oncologist. She, in my opinion, explained everything to the T. She helped me with understanding how to live with my disease and how to take control of my life. She even came me a second opinion doctor to go see just so I know that I am getting the best care possible. Rand, her office manager, is very efficient and makes multi-tasking look like a breeze. My mom chose this woman because she was a Beaumont doctor thinking it was the best care, what a mistake. She consistently kept putting off starting treatment, she kept ordering test. I did not care for Dr. Kadakol, she is very rude and unprofessional. She does not take the time to sit down with you and answer your questions. All she cared about is money. She drew so much of my blood it made me sick. I need surgery and she would not approve me until I paid my bill in full. I told her I had care credit and she said I don't care either pay the bill or no surgery. My health was at stake and all she cared about was the money. Selfish and arrogant.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Kadakol and her office so far. Dr. Kadakol is caring and proactive. Her staff is friendly and you can tell that they actually care about their patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Savitha Kadakol for three years for lung cancer. I have had the best of both worlds with not only a great doctor but a wonderful, efficient staff to go with her. Her knowledge of medicine and her attention to detail is obvious in every step she takes. I would highly recommend this doctor and her staff for your medical treatment.

Blood work for 9 different tests done and have had no communication with this doctor since the blood draw. Received a bill 6 weeks after the initial visit. If it weren't for Beaumont Chart online I would be clueless.

She will lure you in and you will at first think she is wonderful, we did despite the warnings we encountered. But that will change. It took 4 months to get an answer to a question. When altering a RX in the hospital computer she neglected to delete prior RX and overdosed my mom. When in hospital we saw her 5 min a day in a.m. And you always felt like she was in a rush to leave, like you were not important. She was alway prematurely discharging my mom. After switching Dr. this didn't happen

Dr Savitha Kadakol came in to my wife's hospital room as we were waiting for discard. She Said she wanted to bring us up to speed with what was going on. We told her we already saw our doctor and had full review and that we were just waiting to leave. She then said ok but let me sign in just to see. She signed into computer and then immediately signed out and said ok have a nice day. (I guess signing in secured her payment as if we are not dealing with enough already with cancer). Disgusting
