The front desk affects the overall service. The doctors are not bad at all, but it's impossible to talk with someone, the front desk ppl are very rude and they say they will call back but they never do, because they toss away the messages.

No, Dr. Singh is a good physician but his staff is very unprofessional and rude, they would not relate any message to him and they are not flexible or customer friendly at all. One of my test was not performed cause the office staff took it upon herself, deciding one of test was not necessary and did not pass on the message to the doctor, so I have to go under sedation again due to someone's incompetence. Plus, an appointment I waited more than 2 months for was canceled by the office and without any consideration of the fact that they canceled that appointment, they reschedule me 3 months later, only to be told on that day and after awaiting almost 6 months to see Dr. Singh that I have to see his assistant.

Worse doctor ever! Stay away! My mom had an endoscopy schedule at 4pm and by 8pm it didn’t had happen. The prescription wasn’t in her discharge paper and she had to go back to the hospital. WORSE DR EVER. Never showed his face and his nurse practitioner were more focus on selling his practice than caring for my mom

Waited over an hour, asked nurse will it be any longer, she became nasty and belligerent and wanted me to "Go Outside". I told her I would never see doctor Singh because of her and she called security and said I threatened her with my cane! I will be reporting to all agencies I can think of but how would you like a doctor that can't even control his staff. Why did she want me to "Go outside?!"

He was called for a consultation while I was hospitalized. He came to the Hospital @ 11 pm, he did not come to my room, he did not talk to me, he did not offer an Endoscopy. I was told by the Nurse that he just wrote an order for Pantoprazole. Then he charged Medicare $500.00 and got paid $ 150.00 for a service he did not perform. This was unethical and illegal. . Of course after I was discharged I had an Endoscopy and diagnosed with a stomach ulcer for which I am being treated . Negligent Dr.

Be prepared to wait HOURS for your appt. I had a procedure scheduled with him at an outpatient center yet the office staff sent ALL of my information to Broward Health as well as the Outpatient center which are in no way affiliated with each other. I had Broward Health calling to receive payment for a procedure I wasn't even having there. Needless to say I canceled and wont be back!! DO NOT GO TO DR. SINGH.

Always late. First was 45 minutes late. Had a f/u1.5 hours late. Explained why I was there and showed the person discharge paper and was told "you need to speak with the physian." Was also told I would have and addled $65 Co pay. Not worth paying an addled copay, cxd apt.

Dr. Singh is a professional man, and was very comforting before my endoscopy.
