I love doctors who listen!
Dr. Strain is charming and a good listener. She never seems rushed. In the six months between appointments, my husband (also a doctor) passed away. She offered comfort and a chance to talk. Very thoughtful.

Dr. Strain was extremely professional during my visit. She did not appear rushed at all and took her time listening to me. She made sure my questions were answered and went the extra mile to explain to me what my lab results meant. When I asked for a printed version of my results she made sure I received a detailed printout so I could do more research. I really appreciate Dr. Strain and the care I received from her. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Strain shows compassion for her patients. She was very thorough and listened intently. At each visit she has spent whatever time was needed to explain what information I needed to understand my condition. I would recommend Dr. Strain to anyone that needs her expertise.

My appointments with Dr Strain have all been very positive. She is very professional, pleasant, and caring. She also is detailed oriented and in my opinion, displays excellence in knowing not only her specific medical profession but other areas of medicine as well. Dr Strain is patient 'focused' and has answered all of my questions and concerns.

Dr. Strain is a wonderful caregiver and doctor. She is intelligent, knows how to communicate effectively and genuinely cares about her patients and their families. I was told that she was one of the best oncologists in the Tyler office and I am in total agreement with this assessment. I thank God for Dr. Strain, for Tiffanie (her PA), for Candi, and the other staff members at TX Oncology in Tyler.

DR. STRAIN is AWESOME!!!!! Very professional yet compassionate (I could see the compassion in her eyes). She will answer any question asked with a straight forward but gentle, honest answer. She wants what is best for her patients and doesn't rush just to get someone started on a treatment. I admire her, her personality and the way she communicates with me. I am so pleased to have her as my oncologist.
