She is a terrible doctor!! After waiting almost 45 minutes to see her she will give you only 15 minutes max for consultation if you need some extra minutes to explain any other problems she will tell you to take another appointment next week. Don't waste your time and money going here.

Worst experience I’ve ever had an a doctor appointment. I went there for a specific reason and when I arrived, I was extremely shocked on how disorganized this clinic is. I was never told I needed to do lab work, I was never told the test I needed done needed to be done at a lab, and they didn’t even know why I was really there. Please save your time and patience and go to another doctor. This was my second time there and I already changed my PCM. I never been through such a bad experience at a doctor till I went to this clinic.

When she’s rush, she don’t listen the patient, and the employees in the office in special the lady in the front desk is so toys with the patient. My appointment was for 9:15 am and I waited mor than one hour for see the doctor.

I found Dr. Pagan to be extremely incompetent. On two separate occasions she nearly caused a life threatening situation by miss prescribing medications. I also found her lack of general medical knowledge very frightening and never intend to see her again.
