Absolutely horrible DR and office
DR Noe ignored my mom’s cancer symptoms, which led to it, moving to a stage four. And recently she caught pneumonia, and has COPD, the urgent care doctor advised us to go to a pulmonologist or hospital right away, and Dr. Noes office is refusing to give her the referral to the pulmonologist simply because she did not go to their office for the urgent care visit. The staff on the phone was absolutely insensitive, rude, and denied any help that I asked of them, and then hung up on me. They said it will take 7-10 days to get the referral. If we go we will have to self pay! For a patient with COPD and pneumonia!!!

Wonderful staff and very compassionate doctor
My initial phone contact with the office was very impressive. Michelle was kind, informative and welcoming. I was new to the area & state. Dr. Noe & staff were very relatable & friendly. I never felt rushed & had all my questions & concerns discussed. The office was a great source of recommendations for my other healthcare needs & I’ve found all as caring as Dr.Noe & her office.

I will be forever grateful to Dr. Noe. I’ve suffered from severe anxiety, depression, PTSD for decades due to multiple horrific traumas that I have experienced in my life. I lived for decades in a nightmarish abyss, a bottomless black hole, a never ending sea of desperation, a place that is hard for most people to understand because they have never experienced this reality. I withdrew from life in almost all aspects. In trying to get help with my despair, I’ve been through the gamut of doctors, medicines, and counseling; nothing worked. That is until I saw Dr. Noe for cannabis treatment. Dr. Noe is patient, listens intently, and cares about her patients. It has only taken a micro-dose of THC/cannabis tincture to turn my life around 180 degrees. I now live a ‘normal’ life, a full exciting life of adventure and enthusiasm. I realize that every person’s body reacts differently, but Dr. Noe monitors me and has made a world of difference in my life. Thank You for saving my life.

Doctor Noe has helped me under how cannabis helps the body and the mind. As well, she has helped me understand the benefits of cbd oil. Doctor Noe is great at educating one to the medical facts re these natural medications. As a result, I have eliminated lunesta, cut back on gabapentin, and lead a very productive life, despite a terribly botched surgery.

Dr. Noe has been my primary care physician for several years. Very recently, and during the Pandemic, I developed Shingles, very painful. It took me a couple of days to understand that it was something worse than a rash. Finally, on a Saturday, when Dr. Noe's office is closed, I called to leave a message to get an early appointment on Monday. However, 15 minutes later it was Dr. Noe. We sent photos over the Internet and she called in a prescription for me. Because we caught them early, the Shingles were gone within two weeks. I'm 70 years old and have dealt with many doctors. I put Dr. Noe and her associates at the top of my list.

She just stopped seeing most of her patients in Jan., 2018 with no explanation, and only resumed in Aug., 2018. Exhibiting strange behavior with some patients, hiding out in her office and refusing to come out to see the patient. Very "testy" and uncaring even with some patients with severe and immediate health issues. I had a few good years with her, but think something is going on with her now.

I needed to reschedule last minute due to a VA appointment change and her office had no regard to this and insisted upon the $150 change fee; even though it can take months to get a new appointment at the the VA. This lady is purely in it for the money. Sad but explains why her office is in a strip mall and she has to co-rent space with another physician. Glad I could help pay her staff since she clearly cannot. You know what they call the person who finished last in med school? Doctor

My first visit involved having to come back to pick up a scrip for a mammogram which could've been written while I was there, and calling in a scrip to my drugstore. The scrip for the mammogram was not ready when I came back three days later on the agreed on day for pick up and my other scrip was called into the wrong pharmacy--not a pharmacy at a different address but a completely different pharmacy name! Now they want my credit card on file just in case...

Dr. Noe is an excellent, knowledgeable and caring doctor. Since she opened the office, I have been her patient. Most of the time, her staff has not been the best, these are the front staff. There is (or was) one called Yvette, extremely impatient and rude!! Also this office charged for blood work, they charge you a doctor's visit although you don't meet the doctor. This is a way of making money, with my insurance lab work is free.
