Operated on both me and my husband. I had a mitral valve repair and husband a quadruple bypass. He is no nonsense, I felt very secure knowing he was taking care of me.

My bypass surgery was performed by Dr. Aranki 1 year ago on October 5, 2017 and today I feel better than I have in the last 5 years. Dr. Aranki and his surgical team treated me with the utmost care and respect. I am extremely thankful that my primary physician recommended Dr. Aranki and the Brigham and Womens Hospital for my procedure.

Dr. Aranki is considered by his peers to be the 'best of the best' ... and that is a very accurate assessment. All business, straightforward, pulls no punches ... but he is The Man you want operating on your heart.

Yes, would "heartily" recommend without reservation. This doc is excellent! I obtained his name from medical professionals I respect, and was not disappointed. Three years ago he did an aortic valve replacement for me at age 63, and my recovery was quick and have had no problems since. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and has a subtle sense of humor. His Harvard med students are also impressive, and the staff and nurses at B&W are first-class.
