When my son was born, she took on more patients than she could safely manage. A week before my scheduled induction, I requested an ultrasound because I thought my baby had turned and may need a C-section. She refused. I was right, and I was fully dilated, with my son stuck in the birth canal, for almost 4 hours, while she handled another patient's emergency. As a result, my son has a misshaped skull, and I had 4th degree tearing, secondary infertility due to scar tissue, and damaged retinas.
