Dr. Saroj Kothari, MD

Dr. Saroj Kothari was recommended to me by her husband, the psychiatrist, that practices in the same building. They share office staff, but have separate waiting rooms. There is a patient bathroom in the waiting area. I've been going to her for a year now. She does not like office staff to fax medicines to pharmacies and does not use any e-script. She prefers to write prescriptions in pen and paper, which has been a bit of an inconvenience. I use a mail order pharmacy and they are providing me with envelopes to mail my scripts to them. The office staff is happy to take that and mail them for you. The doctor herself is kind and friendly. She prefers to focus on the patient's main care and hand off any issues to specialists (such as a GI doctor when you have high liver numbers, or an allergist when you have strong allergies/asthma, etc). She will then manage the medications and keep things working like an amazing ringmaster would. She prefers less meds over more meds.

Very caring and knowledgeable Physician. Friendly and helpful staff.

I am pleased with my care by Dr. Kothari. She has a common sense approach and is very caring.

Is not open to patiants concerns

Terrible, don't waste your time. Won't even run simple bloodwork. Told me after dealing with my symptoms for over 3 months that, ,, "your symptoms aren't 24/7 for years". So I guess if you've been suffering for years, then maybe consider her. She shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine.

Terrible..miss diagnosed! She was rude and didn't even listen to what I had to say!
