Booked an appointment with him, he requested that i do some stool test. His secretary send the results to me, without any explanation. I was really sick and needed to know what was going on. No one could speak to me until my next appointment which was in a week. 2 days after getting the results i got really sick, around 9am i called his arrogant and useless secretary “fanny” or whatever her name was, she said she will try to get hold of the doctor and will call me back. 2pm nothing, so i called back and she said i couldn’t get the doctor, so i asked what am i supposed to do? She said go to the closest A&E!! Im not paying such amount of money for private care to be told to go to A&E. most horrible medical experience i ever had. I changed to a better Doctor with a nicer, Much polite secretary.

Was sent to do a study but only resulted in a consultation. Was a wasted trip to see this doctor. Long wait time. Spent 2 hours with no real results.
