Missed precancerous brain cyst diagnosis
I saw this doctor over a few visits regarding seizures and other cognitive deficits that appeared suddenly. Although there was clear evidence on my scans of an abnormality that had grown in size (as noted after I went to get another opinion - by several neurosurgeons and a radiation oncologist that specializes in brain tumors). This doctor literally got up and opened her door to tell me I didn't have anything "neurologically" wrong but that I needed psychiatric care as she motioned for me to leave. After having the cyst removed, the biopsy identified cells that were precancerous. Both my neurosurgeon and the pathologist said that had I not pursued getting a second opinion I would have died from a brain tumor.

Made an appointment as a new patient, gave my insurance info. 3.5 weeks later I arrived for the appointment and am told they do not accept my insurance! I ask why I was not told this in the past month while I've had the appointment arranged - received a blank stare. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF. No referrals provided, no apology given.
