Dr. Parsons is friendly, professional, and caring. Transitioning psychiatric healthcare from my primary care physician to Dr. Parsons has made a huge difference for me. She listens, prescribes medication that address my needs, and anything she prescribes shows up at my pharmacy promptly for a low price. Scheduling is easy and she responds quickly if I drop her a note. If you are putting in the effort to overcome challenges related to mental health, Dr. Parsons will make sure you have the medication you need to succeed.

I meet with Dr. Parsons on an online platform. I feel that she listens carefully to my concerns and considers my preferences. She is kind, open minded, and responsive. She gets back to me in a timely manner, much more timely than any other doctor has, in my case. She doesn’t get hasty with any plan and she supports my adjunct cognitive behavioral therapy for some of my symptoms. Over all, I am happy to have found her and I hope to have her as my doctor for as long as possible. I would tell anyone to consider her for psychiatric care.

I have never been so disrespected and treated with such contempt. It took her exactly 21 days to get a prescription filled, one which I desperately needed. After sending her and her office numerous messages, she phoned me, telling me I was not her only patient, she was only in the office one day a week, and she did not appreciate the dramatic messages I was leaving her. 2 previous scrips took 6 days & 9 days, respectively. It was a horrible experience.
