I won’t ever go back here
I went to Dr m for expertise as I’d had previous neuromodulators (nm) 6 months prior at a medspa that caused some atrophy- but was overall happy w their work. Nm helped w migraines and made my eyes more awake. The atrophy was concerning and Dr.m said she “never injected between brows” at consult. During follow up- oddly- the injections points showed between my brow. Inquiring, she said it was “prob from acne scars” and pointed to hyperpigmentation on my cheeks (rude). Felt uncomfortable but had already requested nm they didn’t carry- this was emphasized by them. So I got the injections trusting her bc she’s a plastic surgeon. Now, 2.5 weeks later- brows are flat, migraines worse than ever & I have hooded eyes which have never ever been an issue b4 or after nm. my eyes look droopy &sleepy and it’s really messing w my health & mood. Went back, they said they can’t help. Was gaslit when asked about my treatment. Horrible. Staff is kind and listens better than Dr. m. That’s the only pro.

Very Happy with Results!
Everyone at the office is amazing. Friendly , knowledgeable, and really care. Everything was explained to me very well and to my satisfaction. The results exceeded my expectations. I like how engaged Dr Mess is with the newest technology. I will go back to this office again .

Nice, but not experienced enough especially if you are going for a big procedure. I should have done better homework before going to her. Also, if you have an undesired result, Sarah will not want to own it and will make it sound like you are impatient. She will tell you to give your body a chance to heal, till several months go by and you are still unsatisfied. I also feel like she doesn't want to listen if you have an issue with the results. I am not satisfied with her work and I still have the insecurities I had before. Save your money and time and go some place else. Do your homework.

Very disappointed- consumer beware!!I had a face lift, neck lift, fat transfer and arm lift done in 2019. Already my face and neck have begun to stretch, the fat transfer did not take, and the scars on my arms are embarrassing. I have consulted with other doctors and have been told that I did not get a good job. I am going to have repairs made, very costly- both in money, time and pain!! I did the homework, Sarah is nice, but not experienced enough.
