Exceptional Doctor
I have been fortunate enough to have received care from Dr. Sarah Massatt on 2 separate visits to Shasta Community Health Center Urgent Care. She is impeccable in her approach. Professional. I never feel like I am being rushed. She is amazingly thorough and caring. One would expect a very concise, brash visit at an urgent care facility, but Dr. Massatt and her exceptional team, Nurse Heidi, (I'm sorry I didn't catch her last name), are game changers! I just wish they were available for regular visits. I wish Dr. Massatt was my primary doctor!
