Dr. Sarah Lim, DO

I requested a 'New Patient Physical' online. My insurance pays for a physical. However, I received a bill for $400! After going back and forth several times with the office and billing, even though they admit that the wording on the site is misleading, they insist I pay the bill. The last message said that 'When a patient comes in for a New Patient appointment or New Patient Physical, it is at the discretion of the Provider if they are able to do a Physical at the same time as the establishing appointment. The notes from the visit state it was to establish care, and was billed as such.' Wow. So just because the doctor decided to ask me a bunch of questions and I answered, I now owe $400. I wish I could run my business this way.

She didn’t ask anything about my health history. My annual exam was nothing. She didn’t go over anything. I immediately changed doctors!

I never liked going to the Dr. Dr Lim really listens to my concerns and tries to help. I don’t mind going to the Dr anymore. I am glad she is my Dr.

Dr. Lim was very patient and listened to my numerous concerns. She responded to them all with empathy and kindness and explained in ways that helped me understand. I felt like I could trust her and was in good hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Lim. Nurses and office staff were prompt and respectful as well.

Very good doctor I think

Went in with server stomach cramps. Had an established relationship with Dr Lim. Appointment was created with out issue. Arrived and checked in without issue. Spoke to the nurse about my pain and symptoms. Was approached by another nurse and informed I was dropped as a patient because of a post dew bill and I needed to leave. Asked to see the bill in question and was told no and " if you're in that much pain go-to the er" I was treated like trash and have done nothing wrong. I'm speechless.
