Awesome
Dr Joiner , no matter how busy she is , she’s always attentive and caring to your needs and concerns! I’ve been taking my son there for 13 years and she’s always been great!

I really liked her. She left the Province medical group. I had a hard time finding her. Then I saw months later she was in west Mobile. I made an appointment all went well. I have to have referral to see any other dr. I called twice, the nurse told me she would speak with the dr. And the dr. Office I was being referred to would call and set up appt. I went to the visit stupidly assuming they had gotten my referral from tricare NOT! Thank goodness this office checked or I would have been charged. I don’t know what is going on but someone is not doing their job at Dr. Joiners office.

I wish I could give A negative one star. My wife and I both use to see her. Last week we went into her office to check on A test she had done the previous week she was told that they couldn’t find that she had a test done then she was supposed to have made her a appointment with a cardiologist they couldn’t find any records of where Dr Koiner said to make this appointment.Then last week when I saw her I was told to come back the next week to have A test done wasn’t told the insurance wouldn’t cover it so when I get there to have the test done there wanting money for the test. Needless to say right away we went and found us another doctor that same day

This is the only place I will go from now on. I have seen several different Doctors and physicians throughout Mobile. Dr. Joiner is very knowledgeable and honest. I highly highly recommend!!!

I was supposed to have a prescription sent to my pharmacy, it didn't get done until I called the office and reminded them that nothing had been sent. After the pharmacy received the prescription my insurance needed an authorization form from Dr. Joiner and it's been 4 days and the pharmacy still has not received it. I also received a referral form to see a specialist but with no appt time. I had to call the officenter just for them to say it didn't get done and for me to call myself....
