She knew my daughter was miconium (bowel movement inside) while I was in labor, I dialted up to 9 and stuck there over 8 hours. My daughter was born via C-section when the next doctor on call came in. My daughter was born 18 hours after my water broke. Luckily she was fine and hadn't ingested the miconium. Wasn't impressed with her at all.

Dr. Helm is fantastic! She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained every detail completely. She performed a very thorough exam and is very knowledgeable. She is very approachable and made me feel very comfortable speaking to her. I would recommend Dr. Helm to any woman seeking Obstetric or gynecological care!!
