She doesn't listen to her patients. Forces medicine and treatments on them without the consent of the patient. Do not recommend at all.

She is kind but makes you wait over an hour for each appointment. And even though she prescribed me for testosterone shot, her nurse would not show me how to take the shot, even though Dr. J told me she would. She was very inconsiderate. I have waited hours over the years and never complained but this was too much! And when I came in the office asking for help, Dr. J. was a smart aleck about it. Get it together!

My visit was a nightmare. I was the only patient that I could see in the office. After waiting an hour and a half to the Dr. Jaimungal, I asked what the problem was. The doctor and her receptionist were both at the front desk and they told me they were busy. They offer to reschedule, so I asked when would be a good day. They all days were terribly busy. The receptionist wanted to know why I was complaining - that I had only waited an hour. For a geritician, the doctor and staff treated me without sympathy or understanding. I don't want to go to a doctor that can't manage her time. What else can't she manage? I left without treat and I will not return.

I had nothing but a great experience. I’m not sure where all the negative comments came from. The lady at the front as well as the doctor are very sweet people.

I have contacted this Physicians office on several occasions regarding one or more of their patients. Unfortunately, the staff at this providers office has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I am not sure that I have ever been talked to or treated so poorly. I WOULD NEVER recommend this provider and/or her staff to any of our patients. They definitely need brushed up on etiquette tips for Customer Service.

Rude staffing. The male office staff is the worst. Not professional at all. I feel sorry for patients of this dr.

I waited from 10:40am until 1:20 just to see her. I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and as I tired to explain I was still very symptomatic with now having heart palpitations, extreme rapid heart rate, a trip to the ER over it, seeing a Cardiologist (wearing heart monitor and more) having had 3 menstral cycles in 1 month, she completely blew me off stating my TSH levels were within normal limits 5 weeks earlier, so I was fine and that was that. She was dismissive and condescending. Did not help me.

You are an appointment time or a lab rat, not a person. She's probably best suited for a lab, not dealing with people. Gives curt answers to patient questions without even partial explanations. Seems not to like to be asked for amplifying information or want to respond to patients interested in their health. Can be interpreted as condescending and rude. Short attention span for patient but appears to check the boxes for protocol. Physical check is a joke. Extremely long wait times in office.

She made me feel like I was wasting her time. She woild not listen to what i was trying to say. When i stated that i didnt feel like she was going to help me she said that's your choice like I was being dismissed. So I thanked her to leave and she said YOU ARE WALKING OUT ON THE INTERVIEW. i said no i wasnt and then she says in front of another patient to her Secretary as I was leaving I walked out . I told her that if.she couldn't help me then there was no need for me.to stay. She said ok.
