Still have trouble walking. Pain every day for almost 4 years.

Needed durable medical equipment for ankle and verified coverage w/ my insurance prior to scheduling appt. Office mgr insisted I pay up front for item saying it would not be covered, when in fact I verified 5 times with procedure code that it was, and asked them to call the rep I spoke with. Billing/office mgr refused so I reached out to the Dr on her publicly posted email address on her business page. I then received an ugly message saying I was out of line for contacting the doctor via private email (it was the one she listed.) I again asked for them to please verify w/ a prior auth and they refused and told me to go elsewhere. Mgr was very rude and condescensing saying if I couldn't afford $350 for the equipment, how would I be able to pay if insurance refused? Yet never verified coverage with my ins rep. Filed complaint w/ my ins company, and when questioned, Dr's office lied saying they did not take that ins. so complaint was dropped, yet NPI shows still in network.

Yes, indeed. Dr Zelinskas has always done a fine job working on my foot. There is always a light and funny air about her. Great surgeon, too.

Another follow-up after ankle replacement. Dr. Zelinskas is always informative and willing to answer questions.

Doctor Zelinskas is a wonderful doctor.I am so glad that she was my doctor that did my ankle surgery.She has always did the right thing to help me help me heal better in the right was and always given me the right advice to help me. She is a keeper and I’m very thankful for what she has done for me

I love the care I get from Dr. Z and her nurse Amber. They have been patient and kind. Dr. Z. took the time to explain my conditions and all the necessary steps to repair it. I am very happy that I was treated by her and her staff.

Dr. Z is very knowledgeable and very courteous. She has great bedside manner! I have already recommended her to my Mother In Law!

Dr Z is an excellent provider. She is thorough and explains well any questions I have. She is friendly and you do not feel uncomfortable at any time.

She’s just a great doctor. Very approachable, she listens and asks questions and gives her full attention to what’s going on. Very personable. She’s been my doctor for awhile now and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a good foot and ankle doctor/surgeon. Her staff is great as well.

Dr Sara is working with me to correct problems with my Achilles’ tendon. While it’s still a work in progress, she’s a good listener and keeps looking for a solution. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Very health oriented procedures during COVID situation.
