She took her time understanding the issue and explaining the solution. She made sense to me.

Everytime I call to make an appointment with Dr. Williford she never has openings or is always off. I've been going to Lahey Clinic in Burlington for years. But I think it's time to find myself a new primary/location. Lahey clinic is really not what it used to be before. I'm extremely disappointed with their services lately.

Dr. Williford is an excellent physician! She is kind and thoughtful in her approach. I never felt rushed, and she listens to my concerns. She responds to online portal messages in a timely and appropriate manner. As a nurse, I felt that clinically she is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. She engages me in my care plan, which I appreciate. An easy 5 stars!

Dr Williford takes the time to listen, ask questions, and recommend a course of action in a calm caring manner.

Went with my aunt to her first visit. We found Dr Williford to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She explained test results and made referrals appropriately. My aunt was very nervous about this first visit but was relaxed and reassured when she left. Would definitely recommend Dr Williford.

Basically, this doctor doesn't use her knowledge or experience. She was telling me everything by looking at the internet. I had dizziness since 3 months but she took it very mildly. On constant push, I told her to recommend me to a neurologist, she did but did not order an MRI. The appointment with neurologist was far away and I was feeling weak day by day. I told her that I'm not able to go to work. I was in ER and the doctors in ER also were surprised that she was not ordering an MRI. But she was adamant and did not order an MRI. Finally, I had to go to India for treatment. It ruined my career as I lost my job. Just an MRI on time would have helped. Why is she a doctor if she cannot help in urgent cases !
