Very attentive to my grandson and his needs!
We had to drive 2 1/2 hours for this visit. I wasn’t looking forward to the drive nor getting acquainted with a new doctor. My 6-year-old grandson has severe migraines. To make things worse he absolutely hates going to the doctor, any doctor. He gets very irritable when he has to wait. Upon arrival, things moved along pretty quickly. All staff members were very friendly. After being moved to our room, he was made to feel very comfortable. He’s usually very shy & doesn’t like to cooperate very well with the nurses or the doctors. Everyone’s demeanor made him very comfortable therefore he cooperated so well. As for Dr Pavitt, she was amazing! He warmed up to her like he’s known her a while. She was so very pleasant to talk with and easy to talk to. Some doctors just make it difficult. They make the words hard to come out of my mouth. Not her! It’s like she understood him, and how he felt. She truly sympathized with him. She wants to find a solution to help our little man!
