Dr. Hartfeldt takes the time to answer any and all medical related questions I have, no matter how small or off topic. She uses current studies and past treatment experiences when explaining medical topics related to questions I have and/or medical related decisions. She always makes sure that I know that I have to be comfortable with any medical decision that I make- and that these are decisions are mine to make. I never feel rushed during our appointments. Jaime, her nurse, is excellent!

I had a cold. I saw her twice and additionally talked to her nurse couple of times to change my medications. She was not able to help with my cough and finally asked me to see an internal medicine doctor for a cold!!!
