She is very patient, matter of fact and gives eye contact.She is hesitant to insert her personal opinion;demcratic in that if you ask her to advise you from a personal perspective, she wont.She is young. My feeling is that she is very careful and can be standoff-ish for lack of a better way to put it. Also, because of her age her experience may be limited only as years are concerned. And that may contribuye to her disposition.
