Dr. Sara Borkosky, DPM

Continued from last writing. On 10/29/2020 the office called asking about payment. They informed me that if payment was not received by tomorrow 10/30/2020 they would bill my credit card. The usual practice for billing is net 30 days from the date of the invoice. They were giving me 2 weeks from the date I received the bill and then they expected me to drop everything and run over to their office to pay the bill. It just so happens that my payment to them is scheduled for 10/30/2020 through my online banking. This practice is highly UNPROFESSIONAL in the way they treat their patients and creates undue stress. The office workers should know the co-pays with regards to the patient's insurance. If, from the very beginning, they would have listened to me and let me pay the co-pay all of this would never have taken place. I can only hope that this isn't a common practice with all their patients. Loved the dr. but because of this problem, we will not be returning to your practice.

My first (and only appointment wit Dr. Borkosky) was a bit rushed. However I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. I went for the test she required immediately, and after 2 weeks, called the office to see when I would have my follow up appointment. I was advised that my results had not yet been reviewed and I would be contacted. This was in early January, I contacted the office 2 more times for follow up, and still have not gotten any information regarding a follow up appointment. In my opinion - If you want results and have foot issues you need resolved - do not expect them to be taken care of at this podiatrists office.

This entire office is wonderful!!!! Mallory always greats me the second that I enter, and has the biggest smile!!! I love that Dr Borkosky takes her time with me, and addresses any and all issues that I am having. I actually look forward to my visits, and would highly recommend this office....

Dr. Borkosky comes to Brookdale Southpointe Drive to serve our residents every 3 months. She explains to the residents what she is doing. She does not make the residents' toes bleed. She is gentle on the feet. Our residents loves when she comes to visit.
