Kind and personable
My kids love Dr. Batool and are never scared to go to her office. In fact, they often ask to go inside to say hi to her when we walk past by the office. She is so kind and always listens to our concerns. She always walks us through her thought process and makes medical jargon easy to understand. We absolutely trust her medical expertise and are so grateful for how comfortable she makes our kids feel. The rest of the office staff is also excellent and a pleasure to interact with!

Poor Bedside mannerisms
My children have been seen by this provider on two separate occasions. When I explained my children's complaint I was dismissed and I had to blatantly say to her that she was not listening to my concerns before she took a breath to listen to what was being said. During the next encounter she confidently misdiagnosed my daughter with vaginal 'worms' when she had a yeast infection. Very impersonal provider.

I happened to see this doctor for a teletherapy visit since my primary pediatrician was on maternity. This doctor was very matter of fact and not very personable. I explained my daughter's symptoms of a UTI and was directed to urgent care in the middle of this COVID crisis. She did not give any other options such as making an appt at my facility with the doctor or try to work with me in any way. When I explained my concerns about taking my daughter out to the urgent care she basically had no other answers. I finally went to seek help via teledoc who was extremely personable and offered to send me a urine cup to drop off or suggested to wait it out and then schedule a 1:1 with my pediatrician. I highly recommend teledoc especially after speaking to such an apathetic and impersonal person.
