Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Very arrogant and with a huge EGO, only the patient must listen, not have any complaints or questions of any kind, because they leave, do not continue their visit or consultation. I do not know when the day will come when these doctors will be held accountable who actually do nothing for the patients, they do their job only for the big monthly check.

Very poor! She intimidates her patients into compliance and advises treatment which is not advocated given results of diagnostic procedures. She follows the advise of the pharmaceutical representatives and I personally believe she receives some type of renumeration. She lacks receptiveness to less invasive approaches. She changes diagnostic results for the purpose of insurance coverage. I no longer have trust in her medical expertise.

This was my first visit with Dr. Shah for diabetes that I have been diagnosed with 17 years ago. My experience with her was horrible. She is RUDE, IMPATIENT and VERY DISRESPECTFUL, she cuts you off when you are talking, judges you and makes her own assumptions about patients. She was very unprofessional and uncaring, this was my first visit so if I was trying to tell her about where I see my blood sugar numbers high and what difficulties I am having she just shuts you up by saying that she doesn’t want to hear anything and to just listen to her and that she can address that some other time. I have been with DMG for over 20 years now and was very disappointed with such a rude and insensitive physicians. She seems like a very good endocrinologists but I think some bedside manners and professionalism should be also required to take care of patients who come to see her because they need help. DMG administration needs to really check on her behavior and attitude towards her patients.

I am an advocate for my husband and I have to go to all his Dr. appts with him due to his mild dementia. This Dr. does not want to listen to anyone but herself. My husband is being treated for type 2 Diabetes and had a perfectly acceptable A1C for a diabetic. My primary Dr. produced the documents to prove this. AND he said don't let anyone tell you any different. Any lower for someone my husbands age can be dangerous. She is not up to date on the latest diabetic information. When I spoke up and told her this her response was" I'm not going to argue with you"...Really?? This is how you talk to your patients! We found her to be arrogant, rude and disrespectful. We will not be returning.

She is good if you have just one health issue, that has anything to do with thyroid. If there are other active health issues you are facing and are expecting a holistic approach from a doctor then she is unfit for it. Also i found her very rude. I could make peace with her rudeness but lack of knowledge is a MUST NO!

Though I believe Dr. Shah is knowledgeable, she could use a course in bedside manner. Every appointment I've had turns into an argument. Blame is always put on me for my hormonal issues, and when I had a new concern it was brushed off as if I never mentioned it. I will not be going back to waste my time and money.

Dr Shah is really friendly and nice so I felt comfortable talking to her which is important when discussing personal information. She was very thorough with going over the past medical history, my symptoms, etc. and spent plenty of time with me to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend her!! All the staff members were very nice as well so overall the office environment was great.

Dr. Shaw was so disturbed that I called her office 3 times in one day. After she informed me that I had a cancerous thyroid node she decided it would be a good idea to set some rules. She told me I can't call her office after the biopsy. In fact she told me once the biopsy was scheduled I should wait 2 weeks to go in talk about the results. She told me that she has other patients that need her and then when I mentioned that I chose her as my doctor she said you don't pay me.
